Don't play when the top teams are playing. Don't keep joining if you keep going against the same team and losing. I'm no pvp pro, but hell, even I know this.

And yea, pvp is broken atm, hopefully it will be fixed soon. I'm not too worried though, imo, world pvp > all pvp.
