Keyclone problem with 3.0.8a?

Keyclone stopped working today, anyone else having problems?

Nope, been working all morning with no problems on multiple systems. I was even working with Rob on it earlier. What exactly stopped working? Try restarting? Is it showing you're license is valid?

It starts up just fine, shows the two World of Warcraft windows in its list, makes the right sounds when I open and close Warcraft windows, but it just plain don't do anything. No keys get forwarded, and it doesn't detect Pause.

I can confirm, I booted up today and stared waiting for my commands to boot (5 windows through commands/maximizer)... nothing. Went and looked and all my settings had been cleared- hotstrings, maximizer info, commands, dnp lists.... everything. Basically a fresh install. Had to rewrite the whole thing. Was surprised, never had any problems before.

i have heard of when commands 'stop working'... that happened when the wow.exe got moved to the pub folder.

I began to have problems early yesterday when the pause icon would not
come up. Then I could not use it to open another window.
It began to tell me my license was expired. When I rechecked, it was ok.
I decided to re-boot and start fresh. But when I looked at the keyclone
software, much of my info was gone and some odd, even asian looking symbols where
where my info was.
I tried to set it up again, but it was useless.
At that point, I closed it down, deleted the software and then downloaded it
again ( and prayed )
That seemed to do, it. I came back here to make sure I was following the right
directions and then set it up. As of now, it is working fine.
I have no idea why it acted like that. I've had it for 6 months or longer and had no
problems at all.

sounds like something got corrupted while it was writing out the settings. when in doubt, close keyclone, delete the keyclone.ini file (where all the settings are stored) and restart keyclone. you will be back at defaults.

also make sure to run as administrator if you are on vista.
