Kara- Question

I have recently been farming kara for money (pretty good money too). One thing that I would like to know however is if the Ghostly philanthropists are tied to a boss for respawn. Each philanthropist drops 10-15 gold, so If I could leave them up until the end of the week it would allow me to quickly farm them every day and make good gold doing it. But I'm not sure which boss they are tied to for trash. So my question is does anybody know if they are tied to the opera event, nightbane, or curator? Thanks for your help! I suppose what I may start doing is just go in the back way and farm them every day, then full clear kara on monday so it resets on Tuesday.
