Ragawaga,

I am sort of in the same boat as you, I have keyclone, a couple of accounts that I still maintain actively, and I decided to give the Recruit A Friend a try (since it wasn't retroactive to when I referred myself 2 months before the promotion). Linked 2 trial accounts to my main WotLK account and started up a draenei shaman and two human mages. I used the mage (non BC account, didn't think about that) to summon the shaman, and off we went. I have about 90 minutes of /played time on the three and they are level 11, and haven't even finished up the initial round of Goldshire quests. My plan is to get them up to 60, then use the 30 levels from each non BC account to make a fourth 60, and transfer to my other LK account. Depending on how fast this goes, I may actually do a second trio to get my group up to a full box of 5. By using three, not only does it maximize the group xp and RAF benefits, but it's not so overwhelming from a beginning MB standpoint. Since they will remain vanilla WoW accounts (the two RAF trials), I won't be able to make a 5 shaman Alliance team, but I can use the grant a level on my BC account to grow the shaman group.

Well, that's my plan right now. I tried to upgrade one of the trial accounts last night, got an error and found three pending charges for $19.99 on my CC statement this morning online. Oops. Once they clear I'll upgrade them and go from there. I simply threw this in as you mentioned in your original post about the RAF program. Seriously, if you can do it, I would suggest it, especially if you're running less than a 5 man MB group. You literally turn in 2 quests in Northshire Abbey and you are level 2. Also there is a 10% bonus rep gain during the 90 day RAF, which I didn't realize until I checked out Blizz's FAQ on it.
