Moving from 3 boxing to 5 boxing - can transferred toons grant levels?

I'm making the transition from 3 boxing to 5 boxing. I do not have the two new accounts set up yet, but I have started leveilng my pally tank and shaman healer. As soon as my computer arrives, I plan on transferring them to new accounts. The account they're currently on are still RAF linked and I think I should be able to grant them to 60 very soon.

When I transfer these two toons to the two new accounts, will they be able to boost other toons immediately, or do I have to "earn" levels on the new accounts?

Be careful.


But you can be the first to test, Use a low level char (level 10) for the test, So you don't waste 30 levels of grant.
