I am using ToEP because I do not have nor have I ever had any badges of justice nor do I have any other totems from BC except the green -LBmana totem - this is still way better than that one and I have no desire (right now) to go back and get another totem FWIW blizzard has said that they realize its inferior and are going to fix it (now whether that means nerfing the old one or buffing the new one, who knows).

Edit: But if they haven't fixed it after I get the emblem shield and emblem trinket for my shamans, I'll still probably go back and run all of the BC heroics (for the achievements) and use those badges on the skycall totem
