Default Greetings from Monkey Island - Moving via Point & Click

    Hey,

it's me again, some off you might think : Oh no everyone but him! , but I don't give a crap JK

So I was recommending a touchscreen last week or so. That brought me to the Idea from AoE to Moving via the Touch screen. And thought about it how I could settle this.

Just reconfig your WoW clients on the alts to Point and click, this is also possible for Boxers who can see all of their Chars at once. Just hover to the client where you see the AoE incoming and click somewhere save. This doesn't need Mouse Broadcasting but synergy (if you have just 1 Mouse and 2 or more PCs) Only thing would then be moving the toons to the direction back you wanted them to have. but that could be handled by another click maybe

Anyone Tried it yet? and has XP with it? Would liek to hear your suggestions.

I think this would be doable, because you don't always need to move the tank in those situations (still have WASD) and it's just a click, it's not so much time used

I bet its very doable, but clicking keys on a keyboard is still and always will be faster then clicking a touch screen. At least for the way play, using touch screens or click to move, would only mess my response time! :P

I guess it depends on what Threepwood you're from..... Little Guybrush humor there.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck chuck wood. *cough*

If have to move seperatly could it be a way, I'm not saying that one of my Ideas is perfect all Ideas here may inspire someone else to do seomthing great for Multiboxing, maybe is someone too lazy or it's too complicated for him/her to get just with a keyboard movement for any Char itself, just to remember can be hard sometimes, even in Combat situations. It maybe keeps your bindings clean or just save some buttons. Direct input via seeing and reacting is always faster then think of "which button was it right now?"

Just want to help , that's what I like to do and what I keep up unless you perma ban me *muhaha*

Oh I wasn't trying to unjustify your opinion or anything. ;p

And there's always room for idea. Just don't think it's worth it in fast paced and dynamic situations.

Altho, as far as grinding and casually playing goes, or even traveling about, it might hold quite some potential. :>
