how to pair these 6 toons

Okay, I have a hypothetical question that may not come true, especially if I can't level them fast enough before RAF ends in 2 weeks >.<

Let's say you have 2 account and the following 6 toons, all around level 60 and ready to start HFP. How would you pair them up for leveling from 60-80?
Mage, Warrior, Druid, Shaman, Rogue, DK.

Don't worry about toon positioning, I'm willing to pay cash to transfer them accross accounts. Also, if it helps, the Shaman, Druid, Warrior have skinning/herbs. I'm less inclined to put any two of them in the same team beacuse then I lose on the gathering prof cash, but this is not the highest priority.

A couple points:
1. Druid + Rogue: stealth together to nab a quest item
2. A DK can pretty much solo anything in the 60-70 range, so maybe I should put the least soloable class with him?

That's what my friend suggested too.

What about specs?
DK + mage: unholy (dps) + frost for crazy AOE?
War + shaman: prot + elem?
Druid + rogue ( I assume rogue will be main and druid will be slave): combat + boomkin?

if your just two boxing, I don't see you doing any instances so that means go max dps because the outside world 95% of it will need minimum healing thus pick what chews through mobs the fastest then respec at 80 if your going to PUG/RAID
