How to pay for Keyclone?

Hello

New to the concept but like the idea, just wondered on the main keyclone site where abouts do i pay for the software. is it the donation paypal link? how do i activate it ? im abit confused at this i have downloaded the Program but it doesnt work like some step by step guides say, so i was wondering does it not work untill activated ?
