This is the same problem I had when I started 3-boxing on one comp running vista.

I haven't found any other way of getting it to work other than using seperate shortcuts to each individual instance of WoW.

Perhaps a sticky of some sort in the beginners/software section might be in order to let people know of this until somebody finds a fix as I keep seeing threads about this popping up
