Addon: Hammer of Wrath
I'm looking for an addon.
Basically, I want an addon to pop up with a warning any time I can cast Hammer of Wrath on a target. Alternatively, an addon that can pop up saying when a mob is at Equal or Less than 35% health. Anyone know of any mods like that?

I have some mod installed that does this, now I haven't installed anything for that particular purpose but I'm pretty sure it's part of Scrolling Combat Text.
