Now, my assumption is that you already have possession bars setup on all your alts, if not you'll need to do that to use the vehicles/mounts abilities

I wanna do /follow in vehicles and I don't know if this is a stupid question. But what is a possession bar? ?(

I've tried googling it, checking the forums(and the wiki, which doesn't mention possession bars), but everyone keeps referring to the possession bars as if they are common knowledge not needing further explanation.

How do I get a/the possession bar?

You can think of a possession bar as something similar to a pet bar. It appears only when you are able to use it, such as when you possess (mind control) another target or hop into a vehicle that has abilities. In the case of vehicles, you get a special interface that appears with a bar in it, including an "exit vehicle" button.

What everyone is referring to is making sure you have keybindings set for this special bar if you plan to use the abilities of the vehicle. By default, some keybindings are already set for your interface. I don't recall the keybinding section offhand (at work right now), but just scroll through the keybindings until you see something akin to a "Vehicle/Mount" section.

Tested it out, able to follow players on mounts / vehicles now and assist them properly.
Need to do this via focus

Exactly how do you do this via Focus?

Is it possible to do follow and assist if not using the Focusless/targetless Leadersystem?

you do mean all? like wintergrasp siege vehicles?

ANYTHING in the game classified as a vehicle.

Think "riding on giant's shoulders". Several quests just got a LOT easier for us.

Think "riding a bear". Anyone think of any quests/dailies in Northrend where you do that?

There's now a reason to make and use flying carpets.

And Wintergrasp just got very, very, very interesting to me...muahahahaha....

Is Oculus in this category? Sorry, I haven't been in there yet, avoided it completely because I understood it was non MB-friendly and vehicle-heavy. Would this change mean I can give it a shot?

Got it to work, it was simpler than I thought.

1. All get in the vehicle.
2. All slaves set masters vehicle as focus (focus target); must be done manually on all slaves.
3. Normal follow macro still works(Though I setup another one on F1).
4. Setup a keybinding for target focus(i use F2).
5. Assist (i use F3)

F1 Follows
F2 Targets main
F3 Assists main

Anyone know if there is some way to get around the manual focus target that must be done on each slave?

I noticed that follow had started working when I went to do my Argent Tournament for the first time... I just thought they threw us a bone on those particular vehicles. GREAT to know it's all of em.
