Actually there's a difference between idiocy and rudeness, you don't seem to know what it is though.

Also, while we're on the subject of 'being an idiot', addressing someone as 'U sir' is the mark of an incompetent. The whole 'You sir, are an...' phrase is already overused on the internet but to shorten it to 'U sir' is just pathetic.

it's the same as if some black kid calling out "nigga" just to be cool or as a phrase while communicating
with his buddys. There is a large difference between this kid and the situation where a white police officer
heading a gun towards the head of a black colored kid while screaming "Freeze, Nigga! Don't move!".

You will never understand what the kid is feeling in this moment - never, unless you're black colored.
