IMO - Starfall (51 pt balance talent) is a gimmick at best. And random stuns to boot? Ya.. in wintersgrasp you get randomly stunned by something 36 yards away and have no clue why. And the stunning druid (caster) never even sees you.
Saying it's a gimick makes me think it's underpowered for a 51 point talent which I agree with. I'm fine if they're going to reduce the c/d or increase the damage, but to take a weak 51 point talent and nerf what is possibly the biggest reason to get the ability makes little sense. I understand their goal of getting rid of random stuns in PvP, but moonkins need some love for 51 points. At least with three starfalls going on you knew that someone would get a 2 second stun, though diminishing returns caused to act more like an interrupt than anything truly useful.

Currently my three druids have nature's swiftness since I'm attempting to both heal and DPS heroics with my crappy gear. Having the "oh-crap" button x 3 can help out, but I may switch back to starfall since I'm starting to get used to the healing & DPS role all at once.

Side note, with my three druids healing/DPSing, pally tank and mage we were able to get the acheivement on the wraith boss in heroic Nexus
