What Im really trying to balance is this.. I want to Multibox my 4 shammys through a few heroics just so I can get badges I want to be able to OT Raid
And I want to be able to switch to a decent DPS Spec when im not having to be a tank...

Is this possible?

With what you are trying to accomplish in the short term i think that spec looks good. Long term, if you want to be MT, that spec is fine as well. To make it any better you have to go to EJ forums and see what the "best" MT setup would be, and even then Im sure they would say your build is fine. This is what I like about DKs, there is no "cookie-cutter" tanking build, you can actually move a couple of talent points around to your playstyle.

Ya and I think thats what has helped out some Really narrowing what I wanted to do and What I could do given what I was given... Now to start Heroics... Hopeing this isnt failboat lol but im sull ill be ok

I finally respecced my DK today..

FWIW taking bladed armor and 1 or 2 other DPS talents as part of my tanking build, as well as the change to the DnD glyph upped my DKs DPS throughout the instance from 950 to 1600.

WTB Pedometer to see how far I walk in a day.
The guys who've tested it say a level 1 with no runspeed buffs runs at like 12mph.
That is a 5-minute mile.
Increase that by 15% and HOT DAMN it's a 4minute 34second mile.
