Just build it up again, and made the cooler 1 way/time/thing near/stickier to the CPU and it seems to work now. (just don't know how to say it sry)

Hm, haven't had a Problem with "cheap" Mainboards yet it wasn't one that was free, I let my fingers of of free stuff in the PC area. ^^ Just a 50€ Board to upgrade to X2 to play WAR, ordered a better one (wanted to get a second PC so theirs no Problem with that) if nothing helps , this will help then (I hope)
