I won't be online until Wednesday probably, I work a 4 days on 4 days off schedule with 12 hours a day, so when I get home on the days I work its family first, and wow is down the list. I'll try and get with you later on in the week. Currently I have a 45 priest, 45 druid and 5 45 shamans besides what I already mentioned, so I could level any of those up to help out. I can put 4 shamans on follow with my 80 hunter and probably level them up fairly quickly, even though they no longer have raf. Or i could drag my priest, druid or pally and 3 shamans behind my 73 lock.

My 10 man multibox on Garona US will be doing as much raid content as possible including 60 and 70 content once I'm leveled up. I'm definitely looking forward to it.

<blockquote class="wysiwygQuote" linkhref="index.php?page=Thread&postID=168020#post 168020" username="Unholy[s]haman">[/s]Hey thanks for asking those questions, I guess I should have added them in.

Most of our raids are on Friday/Saturdays. We normally start raids at about 3 US time and then continue for however long we can.
Its possible that ZG and Onyxia will be on the list for during the week since they reset twice a week and are very short. Same with World Outdoor Bosses.

There is no attendance requirement and we do not use DKP or any form of hardcore council. The loot is still master looter most of the time and normally we do not limit you to how many items per run you can recieve.
We do expect members to be thoughtful of others and think of others who are rolling against them, maybe they need it more?

Yes we do allow level 60s + to run with us. Normally I would raid on my level 80 paladin tank and main tank for the guild, then bring my priest with to tag along (on my other account).
Alot of our members have two accounts and sometimes do this. Others might not need anything from the given raid dungeon and then would come help out on their higher levels as well. At times we do have to pug in more for raids such as AQ40 and sometimes BWL because of the difficult nature of the raid.

When we pug higher levels from outside the guild, we tell them straight away that this is indeed a level 60 twink guild and they are encouraged to pass on loot for the benefit of the twinks. If we get to loot where a twink rolls and an external higher level rolls we discuss with them what it is worth to them and try to convince to rather give it to the lower levels. We do try to maintain a fair system given that they are helping us as well, but most are just there for achievements or fun.

If you do have a higher level that you wish to join the guild with and actually be your main raider. You can talk to me in game and we can try to find a solution in terms of how looting will work.
Hope that answered your questions [s][/s]

Ruins the concept, in my opinion. It'll end up being a bunch of 80s blowing through old school content in a few days. Keep it 60 only or raid at 80.

Indeed it's not quite perfect however we are only now entering our second week of establishment. It is a little tricky trying to find 40 people immediately who want to raid pre-bc but we are eventually getting there and out aim is to be able to start running raids just with level 60s.

Also...just a side note...you kind of sound a bit rude as if your demanding that we run the guild they way you want it..

We really are just a bunch of people trying to have fun. We do not want to be an absolutely hardcore guild.
You must realize that most guilds who saw AQ40 and naxx were indeed fairly hardcore, and very strict with there members - iv been there and done that.

Right now our aim is to allow people to experience a little bit what it was like pre-bc. This won't be perfect because BC and WOTLK are already out so the environment is impossible to be identical to pre-bc, however we do make the best of it.
If this means that we need to bring in a few level 80s, then so be it. None of our members seem to have a problem with it and we still run places like UBRS and Strat together as a guild which back then was quite an achievement.
Maybe one day we can start running ZG and AQ20 on our own without aid but I think MC, BWL and AQ40 are a bit unlickely, maybe first few bosses of MC.

You also need to understand that raiding isnt the only thing pre-bc, thats the beauty of it, the pvp is much more interesting, there are amazing quest lines that are really hard and some of the most fun quests I have ever done.

    Who cares?

What peaked my interest was the *fun* part. To see that content (which I never did save 1 pre BC MC run) in a *fun* environment sounds great to me.

I plan on joining you guys, I've got RAF on 2 accounts and I'm thinking of moving a 70 over to boost up a couple toons. My only issue is I raid 3 nights a week on my main druid and have no intentions of leaving that toon. If you guys are cool with me dropping in when I can, I'll figure out which classes and get a toon transferred this weekend. I don't really care about loot as my accounts are all Wrath so I'd be leveling them to cap at some point, I'd rather see content than worry about who gets what.

    That no problem.
What days do you raid? We plan most of our raids for Fridays and Saturdays because guilds don't normally raid those days.
We will of course do ZG and Onyxia during the week due to its 3 and 5 day reset timers. Some times what we would do is raid Molten Core during the week up to Majordomo. there after we need 7 people with Aqual Quintessence to douse all the rune flames in the instance in order to summom Majordomo. So what I then do is ask my friends who have Aqual Quintessence and my self go in and douse a flame each, come back an hour later or the next day or when ever (has an hour cooldown if you have enough reputation) so that by the weekend all the Runes have been doused and we can talk in an kill Majordomo and Ragnaros, then move on to another raid.

I just realized as I typed this now that in the upcomming patch they will be removing the need for Aqual Quintessence which to me is a real shame. It means that just anyone can walk in and kill Ragnaros...Aqual Quintessence played a HUGE role behind Molten Core raids and to remove it is a shame. Admitedly it would make my life easier as a raid leader planning out Pre-BC raids but I also like my guild to enjoy at least a little bit of what it was like back then and what "difficult" and "epic" really meant.

Luckily I think alot of our members already understand that and many of them are striving to attain their full dungeon set items and upgrade them to dungeon set 2. This is what is great aboutt he atmosphere of the guild, its fairly easy to raid but we have this.."air" or "aura" about the guild that actually really makes you believe you are pre-bc.

Anyways this guild has really rekindled my interest in WoW on a whole new level and I hope some of you may get a chance to experience this for your selves too.

I want a Screeny of a Warrior dual wielding Thunderfury and The hand of Ragnaros. That would be legendary.
    US - Garona - Horde
3x Sham + 1 Boom (Mooietonto, Mooiebravo, Mooiemacho, Eldude)
    1-----|-----10-----|-----20-----|-----30-----|-----40-----|-----50-----|-----60-----|-----70-----|-----80

    3 x mage + 1 priest(Níghtofnee, Nightofneé, Nightofnée, Scareyspice)
    1-----|-----10-----|-----20------|-----30-----|-----40-----|-----50-----|-----60-----|----70-----|-----80

Well my friend has Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros + 1 Thunderfury binding, he farms MC each week for his other binding.

I my self have the Sulfuron Hammer (insane mats needed to make it). You comebine the Sulfuron Hammer with the Eye of Ragnaros (which drops off ragnaros at a 3% drop rate, in order to make Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros and I farm MC each week for a TF binding and the eye as well so its just a matter of time...

Well on the topic of fun versus hardcore, I actually can't have fun unless content is challenging, however I think that doing 60 content with level 80s can still be hard especially if you have numbers issues or only a few people or one person boxing it. The content was made for 40 people so it can still take a while if you don't have numbers. Like Twin Emperors you have to do 1 million damage to the caster boss (and 1.6 million to the melee if you have melee, otherwise....) so even at 80 that could take 10 minutes with all their warping around.
