Noob RAF Question

Firstly sorry if this has been asked a 100 times, but i cant find the answer using the search box.

I now have 4 accounts linked on RAF. My new Mages are Leving Really fast thx to the bonus XP.

Now if I take the 4 of them over Level 60, will I be able to make a new team before the 90 days expires and still receive the bonus XP on the new Chars?

or will RAF end as the mages are over 60?

Are you on Kalecgos Alliance? I swear I've seen someone dual-boxing those two names on there recently..
