I'm running windows vista, 64 bit edition

1gb nvidia 9800

8gb ram

320gb hard drive

quad core 3.2 processor.

I sold my last pc which worked really well for multiboxing.

This pc is supposed to be better with a few points more on the processor, 4gb more ram, just a 22" monitor instead of a 24".

I've noticed lag or tearing in all windows that I'm not currently active in. Whether it be the large main window, or one of the smaller windows, all the windows I"m not in seem to tear or lag. I use keyclone have have my cpu affinities set wow1=0, wow2=1, wow3=2, wow4=3, wow5=none.

Any suggestions on how I can improve performance? I wouldn't think that its the new monitor.
