I prefer to spend my setup time tuning macros and not my UI so:

NUI- Everything is always in the same spot on all toons, every time. Sets up the unit frames and bars for you. Changes the unit frames from solo-group automagically.

Of course Jamba and few other utilities: bindpad,informant, questhelper etc.

But the OP wanted a basic UI recomendation so I highly recomend Nui if don't want to mess around with your ui setup again.
