Totem leash:
Instant
Cooldown 10sec
Pulls all of your totems to your current position. No GCD!

Passive ability: Maybe Talent?! But in every tree?!
Automatically sets you totems to your location if your out of totem range, effect comes every few seconds.

This is what I would say to remove your immobilty
