For 25 Player raids and your tanking, just tell people that your priest is covering yourself and assign yourself to be your healer.

the easiest way to do this is to use target = targettargettarget in your healing macro. Assuming you can hold aggro youll always be healing yourself.

Also if your jsut dpsing this will allow you to be on main tank duty for a single boss.
