Default PVE Team: 5x Different Classes. Need help with leveling+macros.

    Hello everyone,

I want to level a 5 different classes team. I was thinking of:

1 Blood Elf Male Protection Paladin - Belf zone
1 Tauren Male Moonkin Druid - Tauren zone
1 Undead Male Arcane Mage - UD zone
1 Undead Female Holy/Disc Priest - UD zone
1 Orc Female Elemental Shaman - Orc zone

    Leveling them in:

Orc zone - Shaman Mage Priest
    Tauren zone - Druid Shaman
    UD zone - Mage Priest
Belf zone - Priest Paladin Mage

In Durotar i can train spells for 4 of my classes, just my druid will need to fly to Thunder Bluff.

I was just wondering how easy will quests be? I will be doing RAF so i will be questing all the way. I am also worrying about macros.

Anyone can help me out, or got tips?

    Kind regards,

I have the exact same setup, only alliance. I leveled them all in the same area, where I could train 4 of them. Don't bother with the fifth. You'll kill stuff so fast you won't need all that training.
However.. you could keep the 5th stone to where he can train, so that he can heart there to train, and be friend-summoned to your group again.

For quests don't worry.. you'll fly trhough them.

As for macro.. to quest you basically just need a dps macro, an instant dps macro for runners, and an heal macro (also follow and assist).
Don't bother with class specific quests. Even totems are not needed unless you plan on doing instances.

Also.. unless you plan on doing instances while levelling, make the priest shadow. More dps and while questing you rarely heal.

    Great,

May i ask, are you the guy named TheBigBB?

    You inspired me

And one more question, how do you do it in heroics? With healing and such.

    Thanks a lot,

What do you mean by macros? I have a couple different mixed class groups and NONE of them use any special macros.

All it takes is creative key binds. Bind similiar casting time spells to the same keys. Almost every class has a slow cast, a fast cast, a dot, or an instant cast. I don't recommend binding any keys on your tank, just click away.

Of course it's all playstyle too.

    Not even for assist?

How can you heal (unless your main is a healer or you just swith to commandint the healer when needed)?

The only macros I have are a /invite one. That "accept all" one. And a /assist Party1, and /follow Party1. That's it! Dragging my mouse over to the other window to click a bar on healbot is easy enough.

I'm thinking the author is talking about some more in depth targeting and cc macros. Or spell rotations.

    Yeah i mean macros like:

Lesser Heal main/lightning bolt/fireball/moonfire/seal of righttous

Like combining all the spells of each of your class and combine them, how do you setted up healing for example in your party? What if my mage gets damaged and i want to heal him and i want the rest of my party keep going on damageing, what if i want one of my classes to do x and my other classes to do y and stuff.

This is how it works for me, may not work for you or anyone else (kinda like talent specs, ui setups).

My healer has 0 spells bound, they sit there and heal...that's it. They only have the /follow macro bound, and a key bound to smartbuff for buffing. If I want to keep dpsing while they heal, I simply mash a dps key and drag my mouse over to my healer and click a bar in healbot. Easy.

Paladins make this very easy to do.
