How come one mount is larger than others? Is it the vendor mount?

its cause he has winterfall firewater buff on. increases size and AP.

I just wonder how go you guys ends up with so much shards .. I barely have 10 ... do you rush instances when your faction has the wintergrasp buff or something ?
and how to get so much of these when the opposite faction get the buff over and over ?

and..btw nice shot.. pretty amazing ! which I had so much of those "coins"

They all had firewater on, only explanation is that my dk is human and rest is draenei...and somehow that affects the size even in gnome form.

On my server (Blackrock) horde control wintergrasp more than 50% of the time, and every heroic nets 12-20 shards so after a few weeks of just running one heroic a day gives a ton.

I've also been playing Wintergrasp 3-4x a day the last week, if you pickup the 3 daily quests you get a few extra shards too.
