After rolling back to XP upgrading to beta video drivers and getting a brand new ac adapter I manged to get 100+ fps on my alts. Grated that was probably a bug but I set maxfps on my alts to 15 and still got 60 on my main - I also changed the SLI config settings for wow so yeah.
