I can think of a couple ways if you were to use mouse broadcasting or some type of simulated click. Without any type of software, using the wow client and nothing else it would be difficult to use those types of spells while boxing.

Alt tabbing fast is working well enough at the moment, But In an instance setting it might take just a little to long.
