Question regarding slave following mains.

Hey, I recently started dual boxing properly (been dual boxing for ages now without keyclone).

I am currently running a hunter and a priest and of course arises the usual problem with slave lagging.

E.G. I have arcane shot and smite bound to key number 2.
So when I press it they both trigger, but of course my hunter (being my main) reaches the destination first and also has an instant cast, where as my priest takes an extra second or two to come to a stand still and still needs to cast.

Also if my hunter has main agro and is meleeing the mob and now wants to run and jump kite..I dont want to have to move my priest back or something slightly to break follow.

I'm wondering if there is a command to stop follwing. E.G /stopfollow or something.
This would be a great help. I did a bit of searching around but did not find any solutions, was wondering if what I am looking for is indeed impossible.

no. just press a movement key and your priest should move on its own, which also stops the follow.

or, you can just attack with the hunter and have your priest follow with just instant casts (renew, shield, swp, devouring plague).


and why do you need to move that much? there are plenty of ways to shed aggro as a hunter. just dont pull aggro from your pet the first time and you should be fine.

Yeah I guess so, was also thinking in terms of pvp.

But for example, my hunter is shooting and my priest is spamming...smite or something. I want to kite with my hunter, i need to more my priest (interupting smite) then recasting again.

you wont have to kite with your hunter in pvp. they will ignore your hunter and hit your priest first. so dont worry about it. lol
