Keybinding help

I have recently installed Keyclone and have been using it for two-boxing. I currently have the keybindings setup so when I press "1" on my main, it sends "Shift+1" to my slave and so forth. To add more options I attempted to add the keybindings so when I pressed "Shift+0" on my main it sends "Alt+0" to my slaves. Here are my keybinding files.

My commands for "1" through "=" work beautifully. The keybinding for "Shift+0" to "Alt+0" seems to be sending "Shift+0" to my slave. I use Bartender and have tried with and without paging enabled. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

I used all kind of CTRL/ALT/Shift mapping and I saw sometimes they activated actionbars on my alts.

The only workaround I found was to map the "unused on this toon" key combination to an action bar slot in bartender (which has like 50 keys mapped to it

Mapping in in the bindings-cache to none does only work for predefined keys. (as far as i can see)
