I use 4.5 Blood. One is Frost just down to frost aura (resists) and rest blood. The blood guys are down to Vampiric Blood and then frost down to Annilation and then rest in unholy. I am more of a defensive player. I don't go for super DPS or burst.

I just use normal rotating on my pull.
