Obviously, what I'd like to do is be able to click the party members in my team and casting chain heal/other spells this way
This is infact the method I use for healing.
Basicly I use HotKeyNet to broadcast the mouseposition to my healer and then activate a macro like: '/cast [target=mouseover] Heal'.
To get this to work, you would need a unitframe mod, which let you sort your teammembers alphabetical (or after classes) so that the group frame is at the same position on every toon of yours.
