Blacksmithing + Enchanting = gold.

I've been making around 1K gold per week for ~1 hour's work off of Blacksmithing and Enchanting.
If you have BOTH these professions on a single toon you can simply make http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41190 for around 10G in mats and then disenchant for a Dream Shard, which is currently at 16g but will likely go up in the next patch.

If you do not, then you can currently use 2 toons to make and disenchant the Reinforced Cobalt armor pieces (as they are BoE) and make a ~5g profit off each craft. I'm able to move around 30-40 stacks of cobalt bars per week.

NOTE: This recipe is changing in 3.0.8 to take additional materials, so take advantage while you can!

Here is my log to show you the money it's capable of making :

Bought 740 Cobalt Bar @ average 2.75g each = 2035g
Crafted 185x Reinforced Cobalt armor (any of the 4 pieces)
Disenchant to:
525 infinite dust @ 3.5g = 1837
53 greater cosmic essence @ 25g = 1325
3 dream shard @ 16g = 48

= ~3050g after AH cut
= ~1000g profit

This took around 1 hour total including buying mats, crafting/DE, and re-listing auctions over a few days.

Blacksmithing + Jewel Crafting + enchanting has earned me 10 characters training epic flight and cold weather in the last 2 weeks. Before WOTLK the most id have sitting around was 3 or 4k. Was kinda cool to see my AH dude sitting with 70k gold hehe.

Couple days ago some other people started buying up the materials needed so my profit margin went down quite abit. Glad i got my mounts before competition rolled in.

Good I be keeping eye for cobalt on the AH.

Glad I have all the major professions (gave up on cooking), I'm like 175 on everything now. Can't really advance much as Im not high enough level.
