Personally I enjoy multiple classes. You gain a lot of flexibility +buffs that you may not have had with all one class. As you level the team you will find out what works best and start creating your 1 offs for those situations where things do not go as planned. I personally changed up speccs and macros a few times while leveling as I gained more spells and wanted to try different things.
