Well, it's been a long journey Dinging 70 a few days before the expansion and then going through the collection hells as I quested up to 80 - Finally got there! Now to gear up the shammies so I can start trying heroics!

(and of course create a few alt teams to kick around on :P)

I got my pally/priest team to 72 about 2 days after the expansion and just hated it, the team sucked and people were absolutely everywhere didnt have a chance in hell of gettin the quests done.

Went back and started a 4 shammy team, added in a dk around 60 and hit 78 last night, sooo just want the level grind over already. Least I just found some dailys and stuff in icecrown to help things abit.

Heh, to me the grind at 80 is much more enjoyable. Right now I know that every piece of gear I have will be replaced within a week or two. At least at level 80 you're working towards gear that is semi-permanent and I don't feel guilty gemming/enchanting & optimizing. Plus, arena, BGs, heroics with friends that have been there for a month, etc. Yeah, it's a grind, but at least it's fun again!

I don't consider 80 a grind if you set goals and try to accomplish them, but I am sort of losing a lot of gold by not doing a lot of dailies. Oh well.
