What you should look for is that every piece of weird hardware - if any - has a 64bit driver for it. You can -not- use 32bit drivers on a 64bit operating system. Nearly all of todays motherboards, chipsets and sound and whatnot comes with 64bit drivers. I do have an M-Audio soundcard that a few months ago did not have proper 64bit drivers.
