That would be "you're" and really you're just paraphrasing him not quoting.

Youngceo, you will quickly learn that people in your position require patience and understanding of those with views different from your own. Jumping to conclusions and assuming someone is homosexual because they deal with things they don't understand through laughter, will not help you, nor will it help those for whom you are the chief executive officer.

Besides most non-elites just drop a little silver and a green at best, nothing to get all bent out of shape over.

Seriously the guy was probably a level 70 hunter, nothing harder than trash mobs in steamvaults at best! Maybe he dropped some motes of fail?

Haha it's not my understanding that is the problem it's your message that may not be understood. Punctuation, spelling and capitalization are all important in making sure you communication is understood. Think about it..."A Panda eats shoots and leaves", or "would you help your uncle jack off a horse", have entirely different meanings when proper punctuation and capitalization are used. Should you regularly use them, when you do make a mistake or fat-finger something your intended meaning can be decerned. Anyway this post has nothing to do with the topic and as such I won't continue its message any further in this thread.

This one is particularly funny because it has two connotations that I can think of. One sexual, and the other involving violence - both involving a panda. Hilarious.
The poetry that comes from the squaring off between,
And the circling is worth it,
    Finding beauty in the
    dissonance
