So I was doing some math - and since this is probably the highest % I'm going to get for a while - I decided I just had to brag... er, share. I've included a detailed breakdown of the warlock's stats, but the others I condensed, 'cause they're wearing mostly the same stuff, and 'cause I got bored So here we go, the result of 53 levels of crit-stacking.

Empowered Frostbolt - 4%
Fingers of Frost + Shatter - 7.5% (Someone correct me if that's not how the math works for these two :P I have Frostbite as well (which I plan on respecing out of), but it's usually broken by the time the mage gets another Frostbolt off, so I don't count it.)
Debuffs - 3%-13%
Total 30%-40% @53
