Default Rune's of Magic representative ok's boxing.

I made a post on the ROM forums asking for a response on the legality of multiboxing. You can read my thread here .

About 10 min after I made the thread I received this PM from an official frogster rep (not sure why he didnt reply to the thread...).

Anyways, so boxing should be good there... I didnt like the first sentence of the reply it didnt make much sense to me, and he more or less says they allow it strictly from a profit perspective... but hey gotta appreciate the honesty.

from the nda/eula (that was linked to from that thread)

You may not network the Game or otherwise use the Game on more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time...

Does RoM accept keystrokes while running in background ?

AFAIK this is an important point for boxing on a single PC.

If it does it might be a real alternative to WoW since I dont wont boxing across multiple PCs.

    Cheers

I've got the client coming down. Should be able to do some testing over the weekend. From reading their class descriptions I'm thinking Knight, 3x Mage, Priest.

Yes, it does. I've three-boxed in RoM on the same PC.

Any suggestions on servers, I'm just now doing research. Got the client installed at home, going to test drive tonight if I can.

Edit: looks like I'm going to roll on Krynn (PvP)

    Question:
I currently dualbox in WoW with a paladin and priest couple, I also got warlock and druid couple and dual mages & shamans. Always interested to make it with 5 characters or even with 6, because in RoM I understand that's is the group size. Not have done it in WoW because don't have cash to pay for 5 accounts. X(
Also basing to post on RoM forums it's allowed number of chars to play, basing this post http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/sho...9&postcount=18

So to my question, how to you create multiaccounts, it's telling me when I try it's not possible to use same email again. So I need to make 5 more emails and register accounts to them?
