Throughout gearing up my team i recorded the boss fights i currently have on farm. these videos were done when i was in mostly blues to help others who are still gearing out themselves

What are the add ons next to Jamba (in the first half then it changes) I mean the Threat meter and Party Dmg and Heal stuff??

Omen threat on the left of jamba and on the right is eavesdrop. its a simple combat log that records just stuff on me and its easy to read

Thanks I knew Omen from before, but my memories told me it looked much different ... anyway ... Seems like it's only showing own dmg+ Pet dmg and Buff things etc.
Thought it would show Party dmg as well.

The first boss:
Seems like your haveing somekind of wrong Castsequence?

LB ... CL is ok but FS +LvB right after FS isn't effective in my opinion. With Glyph you get 15 seks (afaik) and every 3 second a tick x 4 (don't know for what it ticks but I guess not bad) Could boost your dmg if you Start with it then CL LB LB LB CL ES LB LvB or something like that Would let the Flameshock do more dmg and the crit is still available.


Edit: I've seen that you've got the other glyph?! the one who doesn't consume FS I guess ^^

Hey there!

First of all great video, i really enjoyed it.

Second: I quitted multiboxing after i hit level 80 with my 5x shamans, because i couldnt do heroics as 5 shamans, and arena isnt great either. And i was too lazy to farm 50k for a non-set epic. However i leveled 1-70 as one protection paladin and 4 elemental shamans, and because heroics didnt worked out on level 70, i leveled a 5th shaman to level 70. And heroics and arena went great (tho i left one shaman behind so i can replace him with an healer.)

Anyways, i would love to go back multiboxing, i can level my level 71 paladin to 80 and then gear him protection for heroics.

Do you have any tips or something? And how are your macros set up? And do you click your paladins abilities or do you have some keys also hotkeyed to your shaman keys? (Like LB/Concecration)

And for healing do you have like two healing keys? Like Key1=Lb/Lb/Lb/Lb

Key2=Lb/Lb/Lb/Stop casting, cast lesser healing wave on focus.

I hope you can answer my questions,

Pally tanking is quite easy for us boxers

on my pally i use 2 macro's i switch around according to area
i have my bar layout the same as my shamans
1 is auto attack on all
2 is LB on shammy
3 is CL on shammy
4 is FS+Lvb on shammy

on my pally i have 2, 3 AND 4 bound to 1 slot (trough bartender4 addon)
on this slot i switch out these 2 macro's

simple: /castrandom [target=focustarget] judgement of wisdom, hammer of the rightous, shield of rightousness
full: /castrandom [target=focustarget] consecration, holy shield, judgement of wisdom, hammer of the rightous, shield of rightousness

i use the simple one outside where mobs die so fast holy shield and consecration are just bad for mana
i use the full in instances, while still having the spells on other buttons for manual clicking .ie clicking consecration before the pull or holy shield before a boss fight

on the shammies i have 1 shaman i switch bar's when entering instances
in the instance this shammy has NO spells on the 2-3-4 buttons, instead i have bound my mouse 5 and mouse 6 buttons to /cast [target=focustargettarget] lesser healing wave, and the same for chain heal.
i just press the mouse button whenever needed, using GRID addon to see party health, and target-target health
this is less strain on the mana of the healer instead of binding healing to the same buttons i use for damage.\

Yeah i have the glyph even on my resto shaman but he doesnt have the extra range so i spam LB/CL while im still dragging things into range then just spam FS+LvB everytime its up
I also made the video while i was still in blues so others can see the positioning and tactics i use to get these bosses on farm. Now im exaulted wth 2 or 3 of teh factions and have the epic caster gear as well as my T7 chest so now mobs drop so fast..

but anywho

here are my keys on my palidan


Q = is a macro that does Seal of corruption. holding shift does a castsequence divine plea + arcane torrent (for mana return)

E and R does my holy shield/judgment/shield of righteousness/hammer of the righteous/ castsequence(in the vid you see the same macro on action slot 2 and 3 so my palidan keeps dpsing also while i cast different things on my shamans)
Alt E= does a avenger shield/consencrate castsequence macro
C = consencrate
X= hammer of wrath
Shift T is divine protection (whichever one is the 50% dmg reduction)
Mouse button 4 is /cast [harm] hammer of justice; cleanse (this is good when i need a quick dispel on a shaman like on the maiden boss fight-just click and tap)
Mouse 3= taunt (cant think of the name atm)
F1= Lay on hands
The rest of the skills i rarely use i click

on my Shamans

E= Lb spam (holding shift has the retso shaman target me and heal (riptide/LHW) while others continue dps- ALT E has the shamans heal whatever my target is targeting)
R= CL (alt does EM+ trinket) (shift-R is earthshield from resto shaman}
T= Chain heal
Shift T= (resto shaman only) Natures swiftness tidal force big heal on me As you can see above this also activates my divine protection (more like an OHSH** button)
F=Frost shock
C= FS+ LvB cast sequence
X= Earth shock
Z lesser healing wave (which if i have an enemy targeted they heal themselves)
Shift Z= Lesser healing wave on me(resto shaman does regular healing wave)for a quick top off

As far as totems go i have your basic totems on 1234 just on different bars.

i just type /r i also have a mod that puts my whispers in seperate windows like AIM

Yeah that video helps me pretty much, if I get to the 80s in a month or something I will watch it again just to see how it works , If I can't find a way for myself^^ Saved the adress in my Browser ^^
