Make fake name, address and contact info. Before you do that however you must make new mail boxes to go with it. Not that I've ever done this before 8)Originally Posted by Implodingjigsaw

Due to Blizzards position on Hong Kong, money > freedom. I stopped playing.
I've tried that, it does not work. It gives me an error 203 message when i go to click "Create Account" tried calling blizzard :P and they said i just need to make a real account, cant make anymore trials
Use a different email address.
It is tracked by email address.
The Zins - 10 Boxing
Xzin, Azin, Bzin, Czin, Dzin
Xyzin, Ayzin, Byzin, Cyzin, Dyzin
Magtheridon - US
It's not e-mail address, it's not name, it's not CC info...
It's your IP.
I've said it a million times. With both me and Suvega BOTH 5-boxing (10 accounts) we've found that creating too many trial accts from the same IP within a short time period prevents you from making any new ones. We had the same issue when we had friends over for a mini-LAN party.
It's intended to be an anti-goldspammer bot thing. Typically the only people making massive amounts of trial accounts are gold spammers or botters.
If you create the trial account from your work computer, or the library, or your neighbor's unprotected wireless (hehe) you should be able to create as many as you like as long as you can find enough unique IP's.
However, I highly recommend using the "refer-a-friend" system to get yourself some free months for those trial accounts.

Vyndree is correct on this. It is in fact your IP. Neighbor's wireless ftw!Originally Posted by Vyndree

wouldnt advise it if thats the case in the states
That makes ALOT of sense, thank you!
The blues in tech support had no idea what was going on, neither did the tech support e-mail people. The worst part was running across 203 on a Friday night. It's not like Blizzard makes 150 million dollars a month, so I understand why they don't have 24/7 phone support, but it still irked me. Had to wait until that Monday to get started.
Hence the "hehe" at the end.Originally Posted by simpletom
I'd go to the library, or nicely ask your neighbor if you can borrow their wireless in exchange for teaching them how to password protect their sh*t.

piggy backing.. too funny. next thing you know, the power company will 'bust' you for 'piggy backing' power.. as you use light from your neighbors yard to do some chores... or listen to music from his stereo... or gain a heating benefit for sahring a wall (depending on the housing arrangement)
i can only understand this if you saturdate the bandwidth, leaving none for the neighbor. but the neighbor did pay for it... who is to say their intention wasn't to give free access to his neighbors at his own expense?
of coruse.. it just boils down to the fact that the ISP wants to charge you for another account, since they cannot charge neighbor for MB used (since that wouldn't fly)
