    Default Cloth quests in cities.

My 4 box RAF team is level 58, almost 59, and I still have not done the cloth turn in quests in each city. When should I do these quests? Should I use them to help me get through 59 fast, or should I use them once I hit level 60? Thanks in advance.

Do it to get from 59-60 - without the RAF bonus from the turnins they're hardly worth it, and once you hit 60 outlands is much much better XP anyway

Thanks, exactly the advice I was looking for. Do you have an idea of approximately how much of lvl 59 it will complete for me? I would like to ding 60 from the turn ins if possible. Thanks

Why the desire to ding 60 from the turn-ins? The XP in Outlands with the RAF bonus is sick. I would just turn in the cloth quests whenever and hit Outlands ASAP.

Wow you actually got enough cloth to turn in? Every server I have been on has wool cloth stacks going for like 50g each and only 2 or so on the AH. No one farms wool it seems =(

If you're boosting then you should be in Outlands upon dinging 58 (or is it 56?). The moment you can step into Ramparts you should be there. I was getting about 20 min levels and gear for when the RAF cap was hit. Just like as soon as you can start doing Northrend quests you should start, as soon as you can step into TBC you should start.

I did cloth on my RAF teams at level 52 or 53, which ever the first level is you can do them all. It was good for almost two levels with the RAF bonus. I agree with others, save your cloth if you are already 59. All the cloth for 4 toons x 5 (15 stacks of each * 4 - 60 stacks of wool, silk, mageweave, runecloth) factions could pay for epic mounts if your server is anything like mine.

And even if you don't hit HFP right away, the WPL and EPL quest will ding you in about an hour. I did it both ways and actually preferred staying in Azeroth simply because it saved the higher XP mobs, instances and specifically quests for when I no longer had RAF. Sure it costs about an hour from 58-60 up front but it made up for it on the back end I think.
