Vista: OnTopReplica for Multi-Window Setups

For multi-window setups, check out OnTopReplica. I have five WOW windows on one monitor. With one main WOW window in front, I use OnTopRelica to show Vista Aero thumbnails of the four other background WOW windows on the side. I can quickly check to see if one of my accounts isn't following anymore.

The great thing is I posted this idea with a simple example screenshot from an app I worked up, ended up not needing it since IS snaps the windows so absurdly fast... glad to see someone actually wrote a polished app for the WDM engine.
