Yes, u get 1 level to grant per 2 levels the RAF char levels, so thats roughly 30 tho i think it stops when u hit level 60

we're trying to avoid "roughly" 30. lol the point is to know "exactly" how many grantable levels each character has to give. but yes, like above, we'll have to manually calculate it.

btw, if you level a character up to 60, they'll have exactly 29 levels to grant.
