Default Commands reach only the text box for FFXI.

I have bought Keyclone and had it for awhile. I decided to dual box on Final Fantasy XI. I have set up the connection and there is an error somewhere but I'm new so I don't know what and I've looked all day long and maybe I've missed something but this is the problem I am having.

When I type on the main computer, Comp1. It only goes to my chatbox in Comp2, if it's open. If it's not open it doesn't do anything, I can't even move my character with W,A,S,D(after turning on the white-list). The only pass keys I have are W,A,S,D,Space,Up,Down,Left,Right(white-list off). To execute a FFXI macro, you need to hold down CTRL or ALT(This may have something to do with it?) and hit a number(1-0). However, when I do that, it does not work on Comp2 and it does nothing. I'm pretty sure I have the directory routed to the correct .exe at C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\pol.e xe. Another piece of information is I use a third-party program called Windower to run FFXI, which gives me a lot of very useful addons I probably couldn't go without(Try playing wow without addons !). With windower, you can bind a button such as "t" to a spell which is not included in the game, but I tried that and pressing "t" on Comp1 to try and get Comp2 to receive it but it doesn't. Apparently the client of Final Fantasy XI is not receiving the commands. And The official site for where I got that program "windower" is windower.net -- another thing is. I have to add Comp1's FFXI to keyclone for the connection to work, is that right? Because when I type it comes out like this "iiff ii ttyyppee iitt llookkss lliikke tthhiiss" because it is sending it to Comp1's FFXI as well but if I don't add it, it does not transfer "if i type it looks like this" to Comp2. Simple fix would be to turn on the "Pause" function, I just wanted to add this because something may be wrong.

Um, that's all that seems "wrong" at the moment, I apologize for the block of text and if anything needs clarifying please let me know!

Edit: I am using only left ALT and CTRL.

Keyclone is intended for WoW and may very well not work with any arbitrary game.

i dont have much help to offer other than....dont DB FFXI. the way everything is laid out and how it works is really complicated when trying to make db'ing work. remember, its a FF game, 99% of it is menu based, hitting standard chars automatically opens the text box for chatting, and the alt/ctrl macro keys are well...horrid. i almost never use em. just as easy to go through the menu most of the time, especially if you set the cursor to memory.
    ("\(O.o)/") rawr!!

you could probably make it work with innerspace, but from my brief time in FF11 I dont see how boxing would be even remotely easy.
