This is how i spec my shaman: (clones have EO instead of wrath and 1 less flametongue wep)

convection and unrelenting storm are completly unnecessary for PVP and you sacrifice way to much to get them, even for BGs you most definitly want elemental shields/warding/instant ghost wolf/guardian totems... especially in the current state of PVP
