Hmm. After working on a huge project with 20+ people that were all writing in C++ (academia, so not really production work); I can appreciate the line about 'It's so versatile that it can be used to be the foundation of anything, from great atrocities to beautiful works of art' of course; that is true of, well, every language. Meh. its meant as a joke,and I found most of them pretty humorous. Meh, Its a joke, and I don't find any of the references to the languages I know to be completely wrong; none are totally accurate either. I think its silly to take offense at it, meh. And no offense the perl guy, but I found it sort of...weird. But then, I like PHP, so thats probably why. I also (*gasp*) like Python... I dunno about C. I started to argue that the article was right; but then I changed my mind. lol. I think you guys are analyzing it a bit too much=0
