Dual Boxing i get high latency

hi people, i have been searching around and i cant find a fix for this, sorry if there is

i am currently dual boxing with 2 monitors using keyclone, i am also using lowerping and proxycap to lower my wow ping, using lowerping without dual boxing i can get 200ms~
but when i open 2 WoW's and start dual boxing, my latency stays around 450~ish. I have been told to close 1 wow then reopen it again, but this doesnt seem to do anything
any help would be appreciated thanks.

strange.... try disabling addons i suppose
