So some of you are aware of my PvE team Sparkle Motion from my videos. I've been getting frustrated with instances lately because I lack the extra buffs I need to really put the hurt on bosses. I have yet to completely clear an instance (at level) on my own in Northrend and I'm 77.

It's a bit discouraging, but I think that if I swapped out one of my mages for a shaman, things would be MUCH better. So my group composition will be a Paladin, Warlock, Mage, Shaman, and Priest heals. I'm more concerned about getting my entire group to 80 first and foremost, our guild really needs an 80 warlock, and my 77 is the highest in the guild so far.

So I ask you this, what's a good way to get my shaman to 80 as soon as possible with my regular team. Instance boosting? Soloing with TourGuide/QuestHelper/etc?
