Windows XP x64 vs Windows Vista x64

I have both, and i'm not sure which would be better for boxing.
Currently running XP x64

No huge benefit to switching, if you're already running one of the above.

Find someone that has it, install it, and try it. That's all I can say.

You can install Vista without a key, and it'll be valid for 30 days. Test it out.

I personally don't have any problems with it. The "64-bit nightmares" you've probably heard are from XP x64, in its early days.

Neither 64-bit OS had very good driver support to start with. Vista 32 didn't either, for that matter. It tends to be a minor issue now for most hardware configurations.
