OK, I'll bite: You paid over 4 grand for that?

No doubt it will be a beast, but the base price seems a little high, I hope it has something special that I'm missing.

oh, good thing you upped the RAM to 12gb, you would have got an e-lynching if you hadn't :P Now HDDs.... For the overall project cost, I would have expected SSDs.

SSD will be a gift from my GF for Christmas. Oh and Vigor did a superb job. Cables are routed beautifully, nothing was loose from shipping, and when I started it up Windows had a clean install (no extra junk, like ISP software.) I would recommend them to anyone that doesnt want to fidget with their computer when it arrives.

edit: don't know where you got over 4Gs for that it was 3800.

seems like a little overkill.....don't think you needed 2 4870x2 to multibox wow. 4gig of gddr5 ram is overkill for the graphics intensive wow. for 43800 i would expect a monitor for that price.

for 43800? Wha? Oh and WoW is not the only game I play, ahem first person shooters can eat up some GPU with 2500x1650.
