    Default Power Consumption?

Just a nifty power strip that may be worth it for those worried about justifying shutting their systems down at night.

We have something similar in Australia called a cent-o-meter (maybe the same thing, just different branding)

Had a google for some linkies but just found a lot of people talking about it yet no definate purchase points - I assume they are available through your local energy retailer if anyone wants to try one in oz

APC has some cool UPS's with readouts on them as well. I purchased 2 of them, very handy as I get the short (2-5 second) power outtage when the wind kicks up where i love.

Also necro, but I picked up knockoff Kill-a-watt meters (like the $25 ones on thinkgeek) at Harbor Freights sidewalk sale for $4 each.
